I am documenting the keyboard shortcuts for Zune software, version 6.10022.4 (AKA 6.1.22.4).
There are a few keyboard shortcuts that I have discovered. Many of the shortcuts for previous versions of the Zune software player no longer function. The Zune accessibility features web page has a missing link to keyboard shortcuts.
